Terms & Conditions
All Ninja members and “drop-in participants” agree to, and must comply with, these Terms and
Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are incorporated into a Member’s contract with us and
compliance with these is important to maintain the standards at Ninja School and to enable the
participants to get full enjoyment from their membership.
A ‘Ninja Member’ refers to a legal guardian who is responsible for the membership and the participant. A participant refers to a child who is a student of Ninja School. ‘Student’ and ‘participant' may be used interchangeably. Participants must be age appropriate: 3-6yrs Ninja Cubs, 5-11yrs Ninja School & 11-16yrs Ninja MMA. The membership must be held by a legal guardian of the participant/s.
On signing up to a Ninja School membership / attending Ninja School classes you agree to all terms and conditions as listed. You accept responsibility for the participant/s and acknowledge you are a legal guardian of the participant/s.
Any person who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions may be ejected from, or
denied access to Ninja School or may have their Membership terminated by us if the non-
compliance is deemed by us to be serious.
We reserve the right to make reasonable amendments to these Terms and Conditions at any
time.
As a result of COVID-19 we may, at any time, introduce additional measures to help us remain
COVID-19 secure. All members agree to the following responsibilities on behalf of the participants / students:
-
There can be no more than 6 adults in the reception area at any one time (not including instructors). During Ninja School hours no adults are permitted past reception unless given permission.
-
Members must ensure students do NOT travel to the dojo wearing their Gi. Students must arrive with their uniform (Gi) in a bag and change at the dojo.
- Parents with young children may change their child into their Gi-Pants at reception, we will be more than happy to help them with putting on their tops and tying their belts. Older children may go upstairs unsupervised and use the changing rooms.

-
No outdoor footwear to be warn past reception. We will have a shoe shelf for students to place their outdoor footwear and indoor footwear must be warn everywhere past reception other than on the mats. All students will therefore need to bring additional indoor footwear to the classes. Gym shoes, flip-flops and sliders are all good options.

-
Gi’s and equipment should be washed weekly. For the wellbeing of others your child may not be permitted to train with a stained, dirty or damage Gi. A reminder that all Gi’s should be washed no higher than 30degrees and dried in room temperature. Washed on higher temperatures or using heat to speed up the drying process may result in shrinkage.

-
No food or drink (other than water / flavoured water) allowed to be consumed within the dojo. This also extends to non-students and is in an effort to up the overall hygiene standards.
- Reasonable exceptions will be permitted, for example a student who is diabetic. Ask permission before.
- No nuts to be brought into the dojo or consumed directly before class, if you’ve eaten nuts for lunch it would even be advisable to make sure you wash your face and hands before class.

-
Please take your rubbish with you! We will have a general waste bin for day to day activities, but if you arrive with rubbish we ask you to please make an effort to take it home and recycle it. This includes any and all rubbish from the participants.

-
If your child is generally unwell and displaying symptoms of Covid or Flu please keep them home. Sending your child to Ninja School with visible symptoms of Covid or Flu is a serious violation of Ninja School’s terms and conditions.
- Members acknowledge that if anyone in their household is suffering from a new continuous cough or high temperature, the participant/s may not attended Ninja School during or for two weeks after symptoms in the household / living quarters have stopped.
-
Participants will be asked to check their body temperature and sanitise their hands before training. Participants who have any medical reason for not sanitising their hands will be exempt. In this case Members agree that their child will have washed their hands prior to arrival at Ninja School.
